Project Powerhouse, is a registered project management consulting company since 2004, specializing in project management services for different industries.
Our projects range:
- Develop and implement Transmission & Distribution substations and overhead high voltage line projects
- Eskom grid connection applications
- Eskom Self-built & Owners-built infrastructure projects
- Independent Power Producers (IPP) projects including land development (Environmental impact assessment, land/servitude negotiations, acquisitions, registration and permitting processes)
- Projects for increased electricity needs by industrial plants and mines
- Municipality electricity, water & sanitation turn-around projects
- Power requirement projects for corporate buildings, residential and rural communities
We do have extensive project management experience related, but not restricted, to the energy industry.
