Project Development
Some of the projects that we develop are multi-million rand projects which are developed, executed and integrated over an average period of between 2 to 6 years.
These projects are normally complex and multi-disciplinary. We assist with Eskom connection applications, self-built & owner-built projects including assistance with EIA & land development.
Once a need for this type of project is confirmed and a project is initiated, we develop the project following a strict Project Life Cycle Model (PLCM), broken down into three main phases: Concept Phase, Definition Phase and Execution Phase.
Project Management
Companies that are expanding and investing in new assets often neglect the initial planning, scoping and scheduling phases. This contributes to them experiencing bottlenecks and frustrations when huge, complex and multi-disciplinary projects are planned and launched to be executed in parallel with others while all projects seem to be equally important in priority.
We use MS-Project tools and have qualified & experienced staff in this area. We offer a professional service to companies who are currently experiencing resource constraints but still have to deliver quality outputs and reach management targets.
Project Administration
Support functions such as to coordinate projects, arrange meetings, generate minutes, project charters, schedules, presentations, record decisions, implement health & safety requirements and general project documentation are important for successful projects.
Our consultants follow a technical approach and strive to be logical, effective and consistent. We have worked on various project cost estimate databases and related supporting systems like Hyperwave and SAP PPM.
A Project Life Cycle Model is the process adopted by a company which is followed to plan, coordinate and control projects effectively through all phases. We adapt easily to the existing company PLCM.
